Now the main question is, how to free ourselves. Well, here are a few things you need to contemplate over and follow:

• Kill the Approval Addiction : Stop needing applause. The freest people in history were often hated before they were revered.

• Define Your Non-Negotiables : If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.

• Embrace the Uncomfortable : Fear is the tax on freedom. Pay it.

Freedom isn’t achieved for free. Most people pretend they want freedom, but what they really want is comfort.

True freedom demands courage, discipline, and the willingness to walk alone.
