We live in a time where novelty is worshipped.
Everyone wants to be the first to say something. The first to “discover” an idea. The first to teach or think in a certain way.
But here’s the truth I’ve come to understand from reading, observing, reflecting, and simply watching the world with sincerity:
There is no new knowledge.
Knowledge is like the sea vast, timeless, and complete.
We only keep returning to it from different shores.
If you’ve read more than 50 books on life, growth, or a subject you’re deeply curious about — then let me tell you something bold:
When you pick up the 51st book,
you already know at least 50% of it.
You’ve already heard the concept, felt the idea, or connected the dots before because knowledge doesn’t change. It simply rearranges itself in new voices, new metaphors, new orders.
Want to master any field?
Read just 3 to 5 fundamental books on that topic deeply, slowly.
If you pay attention, those few will give you enough to decode the next 10, 20, even 50 books that follow.
Why?
Because the truth doesn’t change.
It only repeats itself in new packaging.
The Sea and the Self
Let me explain it this way:
Imagine standing at the shore of the sea.
The first time, you just watch it. You observe. You walk along the beach. You feel awe — but from a distance.
Then you go home. The next day, you return but this time, you decide to bathe in it.
Now, it feels like a new experience. But is it really?
The sea hasn’t changed.
You have.
Your relationship to it has evolved from an observer to a participant.
That’s how knowledge works.
It’s not that new truths arrive it’s that you step deeper into them.
From walking near them to soaking in them. From listening to living.
Nothing I Say Is New; And That’s the Point
As a writer, reader, and thinker, I want to be honest with you.
I don’t say anything truly original.
I don’t create knowledge.
I simply describe what already is; through my eyes.
The same way different people describe the same sea but each from where they stand.
You might read a thought from me today and feel something fresh. But that freshness doesn’t come from me it comes from your shift in perception.
Truth doesn’t change.
We just approach it differently.
Knowledge Is Like Water; Only Its Use Changes
Think of knowledge as water.
Water doesn’t change. It is neutral, essential, ever-present.
But what you do with it that changes everything.
You can drink it.
You can wash with it.
You can cook with it.
You can drown in it.
You can float in it.
The utility changes, not the essence.
Same with knowledge.
Everyone has access to the same waters but how they use it, channel it, express it — that’s what makes it feel personal.
Everyone Has the Same Phone. But Not Everyone Uses It the Same.
In today’s world, almost everyone carries the same phone.
But some use it to create. Others to consume. Some scroll endlessly. Others build apps, shoot films, or write books.
The tool is the same.
The potential is equal.
But the relationship with that tool? That’s what sets people apart.
Knowledge works the same way.
You and I may read the same book but what we do with what we read, what we see in it, how we use it that’s where the transformation lies.
Seeing Clearly Is More Important Than Saying Something New
So, to all my readers, learners, and fellow seekers I want to say this clearly:
I am not original.
And I don’t want to be.
Because truth doesn’t belong to me.
Wisdom isn’t something I created.
At best, I’m just seeing clearly and describing honestly.
And sometimes, that’s enough.
The sea is always there.
The water is always the same.
But if my perspective can help you step into it then maybe that’s the only kind of originality that matters.
No knowledge is new.
Only the knower is.
